Honeydew, cantaloupe & watermelon served with fruits of the forest & sorbet

Caramelised onions and grilled goats cheese, on a puff pastry basket with a balsamic glaze

 

Crispy Whitebait

Deep fried crispy silver whitebait served with a lime mayonnaise

 

Spicy Chicken & Chorizo Skewers

Chargrilled marinated chicken & chorizo skewers, served on a bed of four leaf salad, with a tomato chutney

 

Mussels in wine

Fresh mussels poached in garlic & white wine  

 

Smoked Duck Salad

Smoked duck breast on a bed of four leaf salad, served with orange segments & a homemade vinaigrette.

 

Smoked Salmon & Tiger Prawn Salad

Soft smoked salmon, & juicy tiger prawns in a Marie rose sauce, served with an iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes & cucumber salad

 

Smoked Haddock Fishcakes

Homemade smoked haddock crispy fishcakes with a melted cheddar centre Served with a  homemade sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Oven roasted salmon fillet topped with pine kernels & lemon with a thyme breadcrumb crust.

 

Sesame Roast Sea Bass

Sesame roasted sea bass fillet grilled in a garlic butter & served with a balsamic reduction.

 

Roasted Lamb

Oven roasted lamb, served on a bed of creamy mashed potato, finished with a mint & cranberry jus  

 

Tarragon Chicken

Oven roasted chicken breast on a bed of sweet potato mash served with a creamy tarragon sauce

 

Oriental Duck Breast

Oven roasted duck breast served on a bed of noodles and spring onions, finished with a plum and hoi sin sauce.  

 

Venison Steak

Venison Steak cooked to your liking on a bed of red onion mash with a red wine & port jus.

 

Mustard Pork

Medallions of pork in breadcrumbs, layered with Parma ham & stilton, served with a homemade mustard sauce
