Mange tout and baby sweetcorn, broccoli, rice & pine nut risotto

 

Sweet & Sour Vegetables

Oriental vegetables, peppers & pineapple with saffron rice

 

Leek & Mushroom Tartlet

A lightly baked shortcrust pastry tartlet filled with a tasty mix of leeks with mushroom sauce served with a cheese & chive coulis

 

Mushroom Stroganoff

A rich combination of mushroom in a brandy & cream sauce served with plain boiled rice
