Booking Terms & Conditions
All Spa Days include one jug of fruit punch and tea or coffee on arrival, plus dressing gown and towel hire. Any additional drinks are chargeable.
A £10 per person deposit is required to secure your Spa booking and £20 per person for Pamper Stay bookings.
Any amendments of cancellations to bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance, any made after this time will forfeit their deposit.
The remaining balance of all Spa days will be due on arrival at the Beauty Lodge.
Full payment is required no later than two weeks before arrival for all Pamper Stay bookings. At this time we will also ask for a list of everyone in the party and the treatment they would like. Additional treatments can be added to any booking, however they must be pre-booked. All treatments are subject to availability.
A poolside set lunch can be added for an additional cost of £10 per person. This consists of melon & strawberries, a selection of sandwiches, a slice of cake & tea or coffee. On Sundays we offer a roast dinner instead or sandwiches for an additional £5
Any special dietary requirements must be advised before arrival
Only food and drink purchased in the spa can be consumed around the pool. If found, the food and drink will be confiscated and given back at the end of the day and you may be asked to leave
We reserve the right to change prices, products or menus at our discretion
To redeem a voucher you will be required to provide both parts on arrival at the Beauty Lodge. Failure to provide one or both parts of your voucher will result in full payment of Spa Day/ Treatment being requested.
