Hunters Meet Terms & Conditions
Please note that all bookings require a deposit 2 weeks after booking. Any bookings made for Friday and Saturday nights will be a £20 a head deposit. Sundays, Afternoon Cabarets and Afternoon Teas are a £5 a head deposit. All of these deposits are non-refundable.
As of January 2023 we will now be requiring the full balance of all parties 2 weeks before the event. All payments are non-refundable and in the event of your party decreasing in numbers we are unable to credit any money to be spent towards the bar.
Only food and drinks purchased from the Hunters Meet can be consumed within the premises, a £50 a head surcharge will be charged if we find someone with their own food or drink.
The management team reserve the right to change any entertainment at their discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
Not wanting to put a downer on your party but every party organiser is responsible for their parties behavior and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any person.
We have a strict NO DRUG policy, if anyone is seen with or on we have the rights to call the police.
For Private Functions
A provisional date can be held for you for a maximum of 14 days. At the end of this 14 day period, a deposit
is required to secure your booking. If we do not receive your deposit by the end of this 14 day period then
your chosen date may be released.
By Paying your deposit, you are acknowledging that you are entering in to a legal agreement where you
agree to pay the total cost of your function and we will provide you with everything in our agreement.
A £750.00 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Four months prior to your function, we require a further £1000.00 deposit with the full balance due to us
one month prior to your function. (Unless previously agreed)
All payments received by us are non refundable.
As part of your package we will hold all 20 bedrooms for you. Two months prior to the function you must
confirm how many rooms will be occupied. Failure to do this may lead to you incurring additional charges
for any rooms that are not occupied.
In the event of cancellation you must give us six months clear written notice, or you will be liable for the full
cost of the function and may be asked to cover any additional losses to us, such as average bar spend.
We do have minimum charges your functions must meet, They are as follows:
Sunday to Thursday Minimum charge of £3500.00
Friday Minimum charge of £4200.00
Saturday Minimum charge of £4800.00
