A hearty bowl of our chef’s slow-cooked soup, served with a crusty bread roll.

Melon & Berries
Fanned honeydew melon with mixed berries and a scoop of refreshing sorbet.

Prawn Cocktail
Atlantic prawns in Marie Rose sauce, served on crisp iceberg lettuce with brown bread & butter.

Chilli & Garlic Tiger Prawns
Pan-fried tiger prawns in chilli and garlic, served on toasted ciabatta.

Brie Wedges
Deep-fried brie served on a warm cranberry and white wine sauce.

Salmon Terrine
Smoked salmon mousse with spinach, wrapped in smoked salmon, served with melba toast.

Chargrilled chicken breast on mashed potato with our homemade chestnut & mushroom sauce.
