Upon arrival, one of our friendly therapists will greet you and provide a cozy dressing gown. Then, you can unwind by the poolside with a complimentary jug of delicious fruit punch, along with tea or coffee.

Note: A £20 deposit per person is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due two weeks before arrival.

Booking Terms & Conditions

• All Spa Days include a jug of fruit punch and tea or coffee on arrival, plus a dressing gown. Additional drinks are chargeable.
• A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required to secure your Spa or Pamper Stay booking.
• Amendments to bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• Full payment for all Spa Days is required at least two weeks before arrival. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full payment for Pamper Stay bookings is also due two weeks before arrival. At this time, we will request a list of party members and their chosen treatments. Additional treatments can be added but must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.
• Lunch can be added to any spa package for an additional cost. Please refer to our spa package page or website for details.
• Please advise us of any special dietary requirements before arrival.
• Only food and drink purchased within the spa may be consumed around the pool. Any outside food or drink found will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day; guests may be asked to leave.
• We reserve the right to change prices, products, or menus at our discretion.
• To redeem a voucher, both parts must be presented upon arrival at the Beauty Lodge. Failure to provide the voucher will require full payment for the Spa Day or Treatment.
